Loss of pinch-zoom functionality in Sketchbook free

Everything was great, until pinch zoom didn't work in Sketchbook

Is there any touch settings I can change, or is this simply the cause of windows 10?

It seems multitouch functionality is gone, I'm usually able to zoom, move and rotate the canvas, now I can't do any of that at all...

I'm just really angry, I don't want to downgrade, and the main reason I have this device is to draw, and thusly became utterly dependent on it, I make money off this so this is unacceptable

After moving to windows 10. My sp3 claims to have at least 11hrs of battery life.
