Latest Win-10 updates

Does anybody have a clue about the latest Win-10 updates that Microsoft has installed -
KB 3081448, KB 3081449, and KB 3081452. There doesn't seem to be any info anywhere. This could could become the "Big Brother" scenario that some folks have been warning about.

For security reasons Microsoft has stopped releasing information about updates, although they didn't actually say why they were not releasing information.

After updates, i meet the problem : microsoft search filter host eat high cpu. Anyone like me ? And how to solve it ?
