Keyboard won't stay up.

When I tap on the message area to type my mesage, the keyboard pops up for just a quick second and then drops down again. Can't figure out how to keep it acive so I can use it.

Any ideas of an issue or how to solve this problem?

Sounds like Gmail new response bs. Open the charms bar - settings - touch keyboard. Google is really irritating me.

Touch paste doesn't seem to work in the Google GMAIL New Response pop up window either. Have to grab the mouse. Thanks Google. I hate it when one OS vendor decides to sabotage users of another vendor's os. Did something similar to my Kindle Fire 8.9. Reason there is no fruit in this house.
