Keyboard with SP3/4 in portrait mode?

I have an SP3 and would like to use it with a keyboard in portrait mode on a table or desk (not my lap). The Logitech K480 looks promising, but I wonder whether it will actually hold the SP3 in portrait mode. Will the SP3 and keyboard be stable or will one or both of them flop over?

Has anyone actually used a K480 keyboard with either an SP3 or SP4? Your experience and suggestions would be appreciated. If someone has used an SP3 or SP4 in portrait mode with some other keyboard, what do you use to hold the computer up?
