Issues with SP3

My SP3 has been operating just fine for the last 10 mos. But a day ago, I went to the Store App and it just sat and spun and would not enter the Store. I have tried everything to get this fixed, including wsreset and others to no avail. So I decided I would Recover it, when I went to Recovery everything was blank nothing would show up under recovery at all except for the side menu (Windows Update, File History and Recover), when selecting any of the side menu there was just a blank screen even after letting it sit for 1/2 hour or so. So I downloaded an image from MS and was going to totally recover the SP3, when I powered down my SP3 it went into a Getting Windows ready Don't turn off your computer screen and it has been sitting like this for over 2 hours now with no activity except the spinning dots. Has anyone had this happen? If so is there a fix? This is driving me nuts.
