Intel Control Panel

Hello Surface fans,

I made a fresh install of Win10 Pro on my Spro4.

Also I installed OO-ShutUp and deactivated the automatic driver update function.

I also denied the app installation.

But Win10 is installing several device drivers anyway including the Intel HD Graphics 520 driver.

Sadly without the Intel control panel that I need.

So, how can i block the driver installation on Win10 ?
And is there another possibility to install the Intel control panel as stand alone ?
