IE10 Help (hack?)

Anyone know of a way to make IE10 open favorites in a new tab? Maybe a hack? I used to use IE7Pro (IE7Pro - The Ultimate Add-On for Internet Explorer) but it now appears to be abandon-ware and doesn't do anything to IE10 on the desktop anyway.

I mean, seriously, if you're going to have a tabbed browser why would you want everything to open in an old tab, anyway? Give me new tabs or give me death! (Cake! I meant cake, not death!)

From the Desktop IE10 > Tools > Internet Options > General tab > Tabs

bosamar, no matter what I do favorites always open in the current tab. I want a new tab.

In Metro IE you just long press your favourite and choose open in new tab when the menu pops up. In desktop IE you long press (or right click with mouse) your favourite and choose to open in new tab when the menu pops up.
