How to set a Wi-Fi connection as default?

This is probably really obvious, but I couldn't find it in the Network Centre in Control Panel.

Ever since upgrading to Windows 10, my Surface defaults to my 2.4GHz network... this has issues so I want the 5GHz network to be the default. I know I could just 'forget' the 2.4GHz, but as the range is better, the 5GHz drops out sometimes and it's nice to have it reconnect automatically even if it isn't perfect!

Heck. Mine won't automatically connect to any network unless I click the network icon on the taskbar then it appears to refresh the network list and connect to the best available connection without an issue. Not sure why I have to click the icon to make it connect.

Good lord MS screwed the pooch on this one. I don't get why they remove features as obviously useful as that... this seems to show how to do it using CMD line:

I haven't tried it so no idea if that's right
