can every one crop picture in pdf files in window 8.1 rt. I used adobe reader but I can't file how to crop picture . I also fid app in strore but noo app can do this. or it's impossible to crop picture.
You can't do that in any PDF reader, you would need the full Adobe Acrobat program or some other PDF editing software. My suggestion is something that will work but is much less expensive. Search for Foxit Phantom PDF.
