How do I save all data to SD card?

I have a new 64GB SD card installed in my brand new Surface. I understand I can not install apps on it but want to use for saving music, movies, pictures etc. Is there a global setting I can use to specify the save destination through RT or do I need to specify on each app individually? Guess I'm asking, how do you all use your SD cards?

You can right click and edit the properties of the libraries such as Music, Videos, Documents, etc and point them to those directories on the SD card (create the needed directories on the card). I understand you should have the card formatted NTFS and not exfat as well. That will redirect the files to be stored on the card instead of the hard drive.
