Hello forum,

I have Windows 10 on my Surface Pro3 and having problem with re-connect and pair Microsoft Arc Touch Bluetooth mouse.

From Setting -> Devices -> Bluetooth, I have mistakenly removed the paired Microsoft Arc Touch Bluetooth mouse. I've been trying to re-connect and pair but just can't find out how...

I tried to reconnect by turning Bluetooth switched on at the back of the mouse (red light blinking on the mouse) then let the Surface Pro3 find the mouse, which didn't work. I've also tried to "Add a Device" (Setting -> Devices -> Connected Devices -> Add a Device) but this didn't work either.

Does anyone know how to reconnect the mouse? I'm completely stuck now, your help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

1. Turn Bluetooth off.
2. Take mouse batteries out.
3. Put mouse batteries back in.
4. Turn Bluetooth on.

Try to pair again.
