help to buy a external battery for surface pro 2

Hi all!
In the first place, sorry for my english.
Second, i want to buy a external battery for my surface pro 2, i am seeing that the surface pro 2 needs 12V and 3,6 Mha with an adapter to can charge it.

Then I saw this :

ok , sorry , I thought this thread was only for Pro 3 surface.
and the problem is that I am from Spain , and the power cover cost like 170-180 € : / .
I will continue asking in the other thread , you can close this .
