H.I.D. Complaint Touch Screen.

Hi, I have done a very stupid thing...I read how to get rid of the annoying tip box that says ''switching between applications'' and went into ''settings'' to find the driver for H.I.D. compliant touch screen and instead of pressing Disable by accident I clicked on 'Uninstall' so now I have no touch screen, is there any way of getting this back... I can't even close the tablet off hence the screen is fixed and won't do anything. All help would be appreciated. Thank you

1.hold down the power button to shut down the tablet then start it back up. If you're lucky the drivers might automatically install

2.Connect a USB mouse to make your way to device manager. Look for the HID device you uninstalled. The device might have a exclamation mark if its visible in device manager. Try installing the drivers from there.
