Fan Speed Setting app not supported by Surface Laptop 3

The Fan Speed Setting app says it is not supported by my Surface Laptop 3.

The Microsoft Store page actually says it is only for Microsoft products and Syetem Requirements says "this laptop is supported".

Any ideas or recommendations for a similar alternative?

Hi, I have also found that three popular utilities (Speedfan, Open Hardware Monitor and Argus monitor do not find any fan speed sensors, so it seems not supported on SL3.

(The fan is working, I can hear it when working hard).
