External Monitor Does Not Work in 4K After Microsoft Update

I utilized Microsoft Update this morning and my external monitor, an LG 32UK50T, which was supporting 4K is no longer after the update. The highest resolution I can choose is 1920 x 1080. I rolled back the updates, uninstall the driver for the graphics card (Intel HD Graphics 520), and installed the updated NVIDIA drivers and Intel Graphics Drivers from the Microsoft Surface website. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

How are you connecting the LG display to your Surface? I was reading somewhere that you have to use a specific adapter for the mini DP. Ill take a look through my history and see if i can find the article again.
