Exchanging my SP3 i7 256 -> 512, copy disk image

I'm going to exchange my SP3 i7 256GB for the Sp3 i7 512GB.

I don't want to have to redo my installation of apps and configurations, so if I create an image from the old SP3 and copy it to the new SP3, how would that work in terms of license keys? In particular, Office 2013 and Windows 8. I would want to transfer the old Office 2013 keys, but would want the new Windows 8 keys that came with the new SP3.

Also, what software do you recommend for this imaging procedure?
