Drawing on webpages and saving

I make great use of onenote and my pen in meetings.
I also take screen grabs into onenote when applicable.

I often want to use a website as a discussion point and draw on the website to make notes as discussion points. However, once I screen grab i can no longer scroll the web page.
Switching back to the web page and taking another screen grab is slow and pushes into a new note

Does anyone know if there's a way to export an image of the whole website into onenote.
Or an application that will assist me here?

You can print the website to OneNote using the "Send to OneNote 2013" printer. It will paginate it so not exactly what you want, but closer than just a simple screen grab.

Adobe make a toolbar that allows you to convert a webpage to pdf I think.

May or may not be helpful. Not sure if you can open pdfs with One Note.
