Drawboard PDF will not update

Hey all,

My Drawboard version is currently 5.0.170.0 and I know there have been several updates since this but, unlike the past, it hasn't updated automatically.

Going to the Windows Store and checking for updates manually doesn't show any apps available. I'm not sure how I can get Drawboard to update.

I've reset the Windows Store and played around with a few other things and made sure Windows 10 was fully updated and nothing.

Tried reaching out to Drawboard and they're saying it's a Store problem.

Any ideas? I'd really like to get this updated to the current version.

Honestly, I've been scared to try that, since it was preinstalled on my SP4. Read about too many people having issues with it not showing up.

I'm not 100%, but it sounds like it could be a Windows Store issue. Ran through several fixes and Drawboard still won't show up for updates.

Just realized something...Drawboard came pre installed on my SP4...when I go to the Windows Store and look at My Library I don't see it listed. Shouldn't it be showing up?

Drawboard is now a paid app. Was loaded on my SP4, not on my new SP2017.
