Digest mode for watched forums?

Hi all,

I own a Surface Pro 2 and found this site trying to investigate how to do a few things. Since then I have followed the forum SUrface Pro 2 and Windows 8, mainly. Before the update to the site I received a beautiful email every week with all the new posts and threads, but now I am unable to receive them in digest mode, and I receive an email for every new thread... is it possible to get them in digest mode?
