Dell Display Manager (DDM) doesn't work with USB-c

After connecting my Dell C3422WE with USB-c to my Surface Laptop 3 and downloading DDM, it still doesn't work. DDM don't open, "please connect a supported Dell monitor", but the C3422WE is a supported Dell monitor. DDC/CI is enabled on the monitor. Does anyone know if the graphic driver of the surface is the problem or something else?
