custom image for App tile on RT?

Hello my fair-weather friends,

I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a way to assign a custom image to tiles on the Surface RT?

I tried OblyTile, which seems to just make tiles with pictures... more aesthetic than functional.

Tile-a-file is slightly more functional, but not what I'm looking for.

Any help would be appreciated!!
