Cover with a strap on the back?

Hi guys!

I'm searching for a cover that lets me use the Surface RT while being in the gym.

I want to hang it on the top of the cross trainer and be able to watch a movie etc.

I remember covers for medical purposes that had this strap where the doctor would have his hand in the strap and type on the tab with the other hand.

But I wasn't able to find one for the consumer market.

Did anyone come across something like that?

Incipio has a couple different options "in the works"--though considering their late entry, hopefully they'll be re-engineered to fit the second generation.
Microsoft Surface Sleeves (The rugged case with handle looks like a win for people who want to use it on the field. I admit I'm very interested in the snap-on "feather" case.)

my moko rotary case has a strap ON THE BACK TO PUT your hand or whatever through. I got it from amazon.
