Bluetooth problem

Hello,
I have a problem with bluetooth.
It happen quite a few times, the attached keyboard doesn't respond to any command, cannot type, and then the arc mouse doesn't do anything either, still have the cursor but I have to use the desktop keyboard to save my work.
Then I restart the surface and everything work again.
This is very annoying, do someone know about this problem?

Perhaps 2.4 GHz interference. See if the same problem happens in another location - in a cafe, or hme or work, etc.

I use 5GHz for my connection.
Will try again updating, but I think I have all the updates already
We have 2 same Surfaces, only one has this problem.

Maybe try removing the device in Device Manager and let it reinstall the driver.

BTW how far apart are these several devices 2 Surfaces and the Partridge in a Bluetooth Pair Tree???
