Best PDF Annotation Software

I am a Realtor and frequently need to have clients sign legal documents. I'm looking for the best, most flexible, easy to use software that will allow A client to manually sign multiple documents all that are multiple pages. I would appreciate any recommendations you have. I have tried SignMyPad and am disappointed with it, so I'm hoping there is something bigger and better!

Word 2013 apparently supports inking and PDF, but I don't know the details. If you have Surface RT/2, that already comes with Office 2013 RT, so that would be a free solution. As for Pro... jnjroach in the other thread suggested some possibilities.

Grahl Software has PDF Annotator, I really like it on x86. I've used it since 1.0, he is up to v. 4 now. Also Revo has Bluebeam PDF also an x86 program.

For RT I've used Word with an Adonit Jot Pro Capacitive Stylus.

Drawboard PDF. As winbeta say in their review, it's a hybrid between stock PDF readers and OneNote. Definitely the est app for annotating PDFs

I have ever tried some other PDF annotators offered by another PDF processing SDK. But I have only tried its free trial package. I am considering to employ an formal condition to help me with the related work. I want to look for a professional 3rd party PDF editor whose way of processing is simple and fast to help me. It will be better if it is totally manual and can be customized by users according to our own favors. Do you have any ideas about it? Or any good suggestion? Thanks in advance.
