I have the latest Marvell drivers but they really screw up my WiFi connection when Bluetooth is also connected. I heard an earlier version seemed to handle simultaneous connections better. Anyone know which version that was?

Not sure about the combined performance of wifi and Bluetooth but you can get the 136 driver here:

Just be careful of the download link, avoid the ones that begin with "Start", if you see the cab for the driver you clicked the right one.

There is no miracle driver I'm afraid, if you want to resolve the conflict the only way is to get a dual band router and use your Surface on the 5GHz connection.
