Are there any 3G/4G wireless usb devices that work with the Microsoft Surface? I know I could use a wireless hotspot -- but I would rather not carry an additional device...

I'm not sure I've heard of any 3G/4G USB Based devices that have Windows RT Class Drivers, the OS supports them but there needs to be Inbox or Windows Update Drivers available.

If you don't want to use one of the Hotspot solutions, the easiest solution is to your Smart Phone by adding tethering to your data plan.
