if your bb has pda net app, use that. but you will have to install pda net for desktop on the surface pro also. att blocks me using my usual foxfi wifi tethering method. btw , the new pda net integrates foxfi in it. I have an android lg optimus G pro. so I tried Bluetooth tethering but cant get it to work with surface pro. so I tried the 3rd option of usb tethering. it works perfectly with the surface pro. the pro looks at it as a broadband connection. usb method is faster than bt tethering.
