Anyone try this power adapter?

Anyone try this adapter:

US Wall AC Power Supply Adapter Charger Cable For Microsoft Surface Pro 3 Tablet

It's cheap and I love that it's one piece; but I'm not sure if can trust because, well..it's cheap and it's one piece. Anybody have experience with this particular charger? Any other recommendations for good and cheap Chinese chargers. I have four offices I work out and, though I'm ashamed to admit it, carrying around my one MS charger is too much to ask of me : )

it looks ok but nothing is 100% and I don't want you coming back mad at me if it mucks up your device...

Just signed up to let you know: i've got one of this DC Power Adapter Charger Charging Cable For Microsoft Surface Pro3 tablet PC
that i use with my Into Circuit PowerBank 26000 mAh, and it works just fine... it even hast the small light on the plug.
i also used it with an old laptop charger, as long as it has 12v the Surface charges fine
