N NGC Member Nov 11, 2013 #1 So if anyone turns on their Surface and nothing happens hold down the on button for 15 seconds, wait 2 seconds and hit the start button again. It should reset. It has happened to me twice and hopefully I just don't have a dysfunctional Surface 2.
