When I log into my Surface Book 2 with the Administrator account, it logs in to a black screen, no start/desktop. Mouse functions and that's all. Ctrl+Alt+Delete gets to task manager fine, but no programs are running. Expanding to get to processes, etc., there are still processes and...

Well that's my problem. The surface works perfectly but when i install the update 3 from windows update (KB3033055) or the standalone pack (KB3097667) from the official microsoft site and i restart the surface in order to finish the installation it won't turn on. All i obtain is a black screen...

When I logged into my sp3, my start menu vanished, section headers and all. I also noticed that the shortcut for my Kindle reader and the MS Store were missing from the All Apps list. I was able to uninstall and reinstall the Kindle, but I'm stumped for the Store app. I'm on build 10586 of W10.
