freeze underclocking

Hi, Anyone plays dota2? My sp4 is i7/16g/256g, I don't know why sometimes the screen freezes about 3 seconds, the sound is ok. My guess is that the CPU goes underclocking because it's too hot, how to solve this? I'm using the lowest graphics quality, the resolution is 1280*720. Any idea? Thanks.
