The 15 is my Internet speed. I have no interference (other AP's) in that channel. The 15 is perfect speed as I am on a 12 Mbps connection. My point was that a change in router increased my speed to "normal" levels and the old Linksys e3000 would not go above 3Mbps. Cheers

Well i upgraded my Linksys e3000 to an Asus rt-n66u and my speed went from 3mbps to 15 Mbps. Even tried ddwrt on the old one with no change in speed. Can't understand why the brand could make a difference.

Very annoying that all my devices on wifi get 15Mbps+ and the SP gets 2-4Mbps max over Internet. Local access is very poor too.

No increase in speed on the internal adapter :(

My coworker and I just found that there is an update to the marvel driver when done from Device Manager. It installed fine. I cannot test speeds yet from the office, but it is confirmed that he can now tether his Galaxy Nexus and couldn't before. Not sure why Windows Update didn't advise about...

My coworker had this issue, went to device manager and found there was an updated driver. It installed and after a reboot, tethering to the galaxy nexus worked well.

Same cap at 5Mb for me on speedtest.net. I check from another machine or even my nexus 4 and I get 15MB+. Very annoying. I am going to try an external wifi adapter tonight. I tried with an external usb tplink and I get 15+ I get 3mbps on the internal adapter.
