    Not sure. If I'm using my hand regardless of the way l launch an app I'm expecting to use the virtual keyboard. Seems like it should be an option rather than forced design.

    I guess I wanted it to be smart enough to recognize the fact that I'm using my hand and pull up the keyboard as it would if I was launching from metro ui

    If I open an app through Metro UI, it seems to work as expected. Not so if I open the app through the desktop.

    I'm wondering about two things... 1) I have a type cover - I shouldn't have any concern with leaving it on the surface even when closed? Should be fine but making sure 2) Wacom pen - not something that can scratch screen? I guess I'm overly concerned but want to be sure I don't mess...
