I exchanged my original surface I mentioned in this thread a while back. My exchange does not have the air bubble issue but whenever I am on a white background there seems to be this black diamond "smudge" on the screen. It's annoying, but not all of the time, fine in games, movies, photos...

eeeek phone support. I dialed option 2 (surface) and then option 2 (for returns) and it brought me to the wrong guy who then tried to transfer me to the right department. I may just go to the store and exchange it there.
