    Surface Pro 4 doesn't start. Only BSOD

    Hello, I tried to hard reset my Surface Pro 4 with the Windows tool, but it went wrong. BSOD... Then i tried to reboot... BSOD. I tried to boot from an usb device with a w10 iso. BSOD. I don't know what to do now. Autorepair tool doesn't work, USB boot doesn't work. And i can't boot on windows...
