I have a Surface Pro 3 that isn't booting. I've tried options offered in the automatic repair. There are a few files that I would like to get off the SSD. I've tried to reset PC and keep files but it rolls back. Is there a way for me to boot to USB drive and get access to SSD? Could I copy files...
