I have a Surface Pro 3 which went kaput after a Windows 10 update. When I open it, it shows the Surface Icon and then switches to SETUP, after a restart it goes thru the same procedure again and again. I can't seem to get it do anything else. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
