This is not a Chrome thing. I. am. typing. this. on. my. new SP4. using Edge. as you can see, there is no auto-capitalization happening, except, it seems, for the very first sentence, and the following "I". It works here. but not here. It also does not work in notepad. why? it beggars belief...
