    OneNote can do this. But it's really clunky loading the PDF into OneNote and then the interface for using various pen functions in OneNote is also much clunkier than Drawboard.

    I can't find a way to get the touch keyboard to automatically come up in Chrome or Firefox when I click on a text input field (search bar etc) with the screen detached.
