    Surface Book 2 - will you buy/upgrade?

    I bought the first generation Surface Book performance base (i7/8GB/256GB) model and I had so many problems. I felt I spent $2400 to be a beta tester and WILL NOT ever buy another Surface product, I actually was so disappointed I gave my laptop to a family member. Good Luck

    Thanks for the Information :) I want to vent a little, I have the Corei7/with dGPU and I'm so tired of issues even to this day. This is my last Surface product, I'm done being a beta tester for the last year.

    New Hardware Update: Is This The ONE?

    I love this laptop in the long run BUT as others my camera turning on issues returns in the morning and a restart fixes it for the day.

    Camera does not turn on during startup after update

    This worked for me Thank You :) UPDATE 2/26 - Not fixed, first thing in the morning the camera issue turning on comes back, after a reset it works for the day, I have tried the hardware repair/change process in the control panel, still no go :(
