My surface 3 updated a few days ago and when I restarted it, I get this screen. I do not have a backup on usb so I downloaded the surface 3 image to a usb flash drive. I cannot get it to boot from the flash drive. Ive set it to boot from usb before the hard drive and still nothing. Any ideas...

The games are definitely at full screen. Sometimes when I exit the game, the desktop will be at the small size as well. How do I set my tv as the primary display? In my display settings, it wont let me check the box beside of it. The option is dimmed out.
