Were they for the surface book? I think I only read online that they were for the pro 4? I did get my my charger exchanged though. With the sticker on, the only issue is with the 65 watt charger but the 35 watt chargers, designed for the nonGPU surface books, work fine???

anyone having problems with charging when having the side sticker on the charger side? Mine doesn't charge with it on and just took it off.

OOPS meant my surface book only. I think I found the culprit to my charger problem. I got sidestickers from stickerboy and I think that's what caused the charger to not work. Maybe I did not perfectly align it the charger port and caused some contact issues? When I removed it, it worked fine!

The store said they had no replacement SBs around so I had to do it online? They probably did not want to give me a new one?

Microsoft Support only wants me to ship the surface book itself. No accessories, charger, or surface pen it came with. So I would assume they would exchange it for a refurbished or opened item. Since I'm passed the return/exchange period I'd assume they wouldn't give me a brand new one?

Found out that the high wattage charger for surface books with dGPU doesn't work anymore and only the lower wattage ones do. The store confirmed that it needs replacement. I don't really want to get it replaced since the hassle of downloading everything again would be a pain. Has anyone used...

The icon for autorotating is already unlocked when in clipboard mode and it still does not rotate. I've been shutting down the system to keep the autorotating function. Hibernating seems to be the culprit of the problem....for me atleast. Maybe the new windows 10 update addressed this issue?

Is there any way to manually rotate the screen? I use the surface book in clipboard mode often when in class and it's such a hassle when it does not autorotate.

My SB doesn't rotate the screen when I detach it from the keyboard.The "autorotate on" message does come up though. It seemed to be doing well before the feb hardware update. The rotation lock isn't on so I know it's not that. help?

Thing is I don't have any speakers/headphones/audio devices plugged in at all and am still getting that error? I get no audio output whatsoever, But I'll give it a shot next time it happens.

Sorry about that annoyance. Sounds like a software issue and I can see a fix for that. I just hope my speakers aren't actually being "unplugged" and it is more of a software issue than anything else.

Closing the book has the glass on the top part of the screen making contact with the surface of the keyboard. I cringe a bit closing the book and hearing that thud. I think repeated events like this would be a matter of "when" and not "if" it will crack?

Does anyone still get the occasional screen flicker even after the 12/2 update? It seems to only happen on some sites AND only certain areas of the site. What I mean by that is if I'm scrolling, get the flicker, then as I keep scrolling onward it goes away. But as I scroll back the same spot...

I exchanged it 3x and the batteries were all dead out of the box. I guess it's the norm. BTW when I click on display properties and check the gpu, it is only showing the Intel 520 graphics and no where does it show the NVIDIA gpu? I have the i7 256gb version.
