Seems like the Nov 20, 4326 driver fixed my machine's infrequent crashes in Edge. Hooray! Tried surface forums.com, the video link posted above and a site with 300 disqus comments, any of which crashed Edge prior to the driver update. No longer crashes. :)

Thank you glad to see my suggestion is not completely falling on deaf ears. Just for those who missed my suggestion last page, this fix also works in IE. I really don't get the point of using Chrome, a battery and CPU hog, over IE which is better for battery life and has access to settings sync.

Everyone, you may want to avoid Edge, and use Firefox and IE. Both IE and Firefox allow disabling hardware acceleration, which has drastically cut back the graphic card crashes and issues I've had even after updating Windows and the firmware.
