In my case, I found that KB4016871 from a May 2017 security update is breaking wifi for me. It's repeatable. If I uninstall it everything works fine. If I reinstall it, my wifi randomly goes out, and won't work after a reboot without multiple resets.

None of the solutions in this thread fixed the camera issue for me, but the latest update appears to have fixed it. At least so far. Crossing my fingers it doesn't reoccur.

My camera never works anymore almost. I don't think I'll ever buy microsoft hardware again. It was working perfectly fine, then they break it for everyone and just don't care enough to fix it.

Mine is having this same issue. Pretty frustrating. My surface book was actually working fine prior to this update that killed Windows Hello randomly.

I haven't had this touchpad issue. My touchpad works great, other than 2 finger scrolling in Chrome.
