    Surface 3 recovery take way to long?

    I've attempted Win10 factory reset only once — and it was on a fast machine with a fast SSD, and my internet download speed is 100 Mbps. It took about 2 hours. So the fact that recovery took 2 hours on your S3 does not surprise me at all!
