I have Windows 10 and it has Cortana and speech recondition. Dig around in the setting, I bet you get your missing stuff back.- JAWSnAZ

I love my new Surface 3 4G LTE but I had a heck of a time getting it to work on Verizon's Network so I want to save you a huge headache! The serial number and IMEI number will come up as a not compatible with Verizon device. They will say "sorry, that doesn't work on Verizon's Network". This...- JAWSnAZ
