I currently have Surface 2. I am wanting to use Delorme Street Atlas USA 2015. Is this possible ? Do I need to go with the Surface Pro 3 ? I have used Street Atlas USA with GPS antenna on laptops for years....off line.....Bing Maps doesn't work without a internet connection....Thanx for any imput !
