No good. Still not working. There are a few apps that will work, but the majority throw the error code.

My surface rt keeps kicking my the error code "0x80070057" everytime I try to install an app? or reinstall an app? What is going on? I cant seem to figure out why. Searched the web, only found a bunch of really old posts about it. Not really relavent to an rt? Any fixes or suggestions...
