Guys. Leaving any device with a battery permanently plugged to wall power will shorten the life of the battery. You need to exersize/cycle the battery as much as you can. Every few days just run it down and then immediately charge it back up.

My thoughts...If the battery is new and you've tried multiple pens then it is the tablet.
Either corrupt OS, which could be fixed by reinstalling the corrupt pieces (a reset may be the quickest way). OR you have bad hardware. Maybe the Bluetooth chip is bad or overheating.

Best ISO player is Windows. It will mount the ISO just fine. But then I'm betting you don't realize the an ISO is simply a disk image and can contain any kind of data, most of which is not "playable".
I use ImgBurn to create ISOs.

Your best bet is to figure out what the original specs of the power supply are and buy a new one, from any company, with the same specs. Honestly all you need is the same voltage and amp output. If you are unlucky then you may need to cut off and solder on the old plug.

Crashplan as well. Great free software for backup to a usb drive and a remote computer running the free software. Paid service is great too.

Have you tried the OneDrive Windows App (app not program)? I haven't, but I assume it acts like any other drive share phone app, that lets you upload and download/view, but doesn't sync with a local folder.

Likely this has everything to do with the specs of your external drive. Some drive are faster than others at reading music data CDs vs data CDs vs DVDs.
The reason I would emphasize a USB sound card (which technically is an A/D and D/A converter) is because they record in stereo whereas I'm quite sure the SP3 Mic input is mono. Set your USB line In as the default recording device in Windows if Audacity doesn't have a setting.
The cost of Photoshop has deceased significantly for home users. In fact, I would argue the opposite... If you can afford the base model Surface then you can afford Photoshop. GIMP is a fine piece of software too.
