Having the same issues too... To be honest, I am pretty disappointed with my SP3. Quite often it is impossible to wake it up from sleep, then it has all these weird errors, USB3 issues, & other annoying issues. I do have the dock as well, and it is almost impossible to wake it up from sleep...
